This Privacy Policy explains how Top Spin Tracker Pro (the “App”) handles information. We designed the App to work locally on your iPhone. We do not collect or transmit your training data to our servers.

1) Information the App Handles
  • Training data. RPM measurements, timestamps, and App settings are processed and stored on your device.
  • Device features. The App may request access to device sensors (e.g., camera and motion sensors) solely to measure and display RPM and training visuals. Access is used locally; data is not sent to us.
  • No account. We do not require you to create an account to use the App.
  • No analytics or ads SDKs. We do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
2) What We Don’t Do
  • We do not upload your training data to our servers.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
  • We do not perform cross-app tracking.
3) Optional Future Features

We may offer optional cloud features in the future—for example, syncing with a VR companion app or backing up your sessions. If we do, we will update this Policy, describe what data would be transmitted, and obtain any permissions or consents required before uploading data.

4) Your Choices
  • You can revoke camera or sensor permissions in iOS Settings at any time (functionality may be limited).
  • You can delete your locally stored data by removing it in-app (if the App offers a delete option) or uninstalling the App, which may delete the App’s local data.
5) Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us so we can address the situation.

6) Data Security

Your training data resides on your device, protected by iOS security. Please use a device passcode/biometric lock and keep your device software up to date.

7) App Store Purchase

The App is sold via Apple’s App Store. Apple may process limited information related to your purchase pursuant to Apple’s privacy policies.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
